Paula has over 20 years of experience in senior roles across academic, education, trade and STM publishing. Having been on the client-side, she brings deep business knowledge, quality customer service and empathy to the role of Ribbonfish CEO.
HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Paul is Head of Operations at Ribbonfish and is a highly motivated and flexible manager. He is experienced at building and leading strong teams to effectively deliver change and business growth.

Stream started as an apprentice and is now proficient at Salesforce and loving every minute of it. She works with clients to provide fast and reliable customer service and support. She is adaptable to new situations and ready to take on new challenges.
Sanjeev is a media consultant who has worked for leading academic publishers, newspapers and market research firms. He has experience in requirements and discovery workshops, technology audits and business analysis including areas like Digital Asset Management, Publishing Systems and Advertising Sales.
We set up our new company – Ribbonfish Technologies – in India at the beginning of 2019. Our aim is to expand and embellish our Salesforce and WSO2 development teams and we were keen to locate in New Delhi which has a wealth of technology talent and a tangible energy and buzz!
